Disclaimer
- Our events attract all bridal couple types including African, Indian, White etc, we do not target any specific audiences in this regard.
- We make a precise effort to attract high-quality ENGAGED couples to our events and therefore anticipate visitor counts around 150-250 over the 4 hours (however this can vary depending on venue and weather conditions on the day.
- Please note - we do not allow exhibitors to select their specific spots from a layout as we are very strict on ensuring that exhibitors are strategically placed based on what they offer and that no two exhibitors from the same category end up side-by-side or opposite one-another. However, should you have a specific spot in mind - or have a request to be placed next to another specific supplier - please reach out via email
- The venue does not allow any hangings to be placed on the ceiling or walls
- Our stand spaces are open plan and are generally 2.5 wide by 2m deep unless otherwise stated.
- We provide a table (1.8m) and 2 chairs for each space, however you are welcome to use your own.
- Please remember to supply your own tablecloth.
- Power is available - please bring an extension lead to ensure you can reach the closest plug point.
- Set up is from 7am - Event starts at 10am - Event ends at 2pm.
- All exhibitors must be set up by 9:45am.
- No sharing of stands permitted.
- Payments - Full Payment is required on Booking.
- Cancellations - We can only offer refunds for cancellations made before 30 days prior to the event date.
- No cancellations are refundable after this date.

- Full details with regards to offloading and parking with be sent to you via email in the week prior to the event.
- Due to the nature and exclusivity level of our events - we ask that all exhibitors present in the best way possible eg. Long (ironed) tablecloths that cover the table legs etc.
- No banners may block other exhibit stands.
- Should you require a payment plan - please reach out to us via email.
- If you have opted to place your inserts in the bridal packs - we will need them by 8:30am on the day of the event.
